An accomplished planner, Mark has over 20 years experience in Senior Management and Urban Planning positions in both Local Government and the private sector.

Mark’s skills in project managing and facilitating development applications have been successful across a diverse range of projects.

As a highly skilled facilitator and negotiator, Mark prides himself on his ability to provide sound strategic and statutory planning advice to a range of private sector clients.

He has successfully led a number of large project teams on challenging development sites. His ability to consider stakeholder motivations and the opportunities that present at each site has led to a loyal client base and strong relations with a number of Councils and State Government agencies.

Mark has been responsible for the preparation of major development applications of major residential, mixed use developments, commercial and industrial development projects and major land estates in a greenfield and brownfield context.
